Very unprofessional company, it's impossible to get ahold of anyone. The phone number on their google business listing and website does not work, their office has no receptionist, and their "houston leadership" does not return calls.

Alta Washington was the biggest mistake I’ve made thus far when it comes to moving and the management isn’t any better! If you don’t wanna get ripped off from non working elevators to smelly halls and dirty stairwells with pet feces; save yourself the headache and don’t move to any of the wood partners properties.
