This business owes us $1100 for shutters they incorrectly measured and couldn’t return. We had a verbal agreement with the owner regarding repayment. At his request, we settled on a weekly repayment amount. We sent a certified letter detailing the payment plan, which was never picked up at the post office. We have yet to receive any compensation, and have been ghosted by both owners. Do not use.
