If you’re in the market for a vehicle I would skip Wood Nissan of Lees Summit Horrible experience!!!! On December 10th we inquired about a Dodge Durango. My fiance got approved for it and was told an amount he had to put down. After work he went to test drive. They told him they needed $400 more down. After test driving he told them it had a shake when it got to 65 mph and he wanted it fixed before he took it home. He put down a deposit. Warning!! Information grab hounds. My work car was recently totaled in an accident and I have been searching the internet for a replacement. I am a cash buyer because of the insurance settlement and I gladly shared my drivers license and offered to share my current insurance paperwork and other information out of my Duramax pickup that I had just arrived in. But I refused to surrender my personal phone number. This killed the deal because the salesman would not go any further unless i surrendered it. I WALKED!
5-star experience with Stuart Williams at Woods Nissan! We recently purchased a 2019 Sentra for our daughter. Stuart made the entire process quick and easy. After the 71 point inspection was completed, a new battery was installed and they will be filling a chip in the windshield for us. We sincerely appreciated the great customer service. We'll be back when it's time to trade in my Armada!
BUYER BEWARE: SCAM DEALER. Sold me a 2023 truck with a clean Carfax. However, discovered they covered up a car fire. The truck had been painted, but was missing all sorts of clips, had mismatched floor mats, and was a rushed chop shop job. But lots of melted plastic only noticable if you look at the roof. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! AND GET A GOOD LAWYER IF YOU DID!
