I dropped in to buy whippersnipper cord and to ask for advice on how to load the cord feeder. Every feeder seems different, so they had to work this one out too, but I had two staff puzzling it out together, and they did better than me. Now I know how to use my cord feeder! It made my day. 😁 The staff member even came to the door to hold it open for me, since I was carrying my whippersnipper. 👍😊

Travelling from NSW on a cruiser, noticed some issues with my clutch lever not returning. Pulled into Wood’s without notice and an hour later, they had me back on the road. Deadset pack of champions, attentive, knowledgable, charged me only for their time, overall a great service. Highly recommend!
Superb customer service from the whole gang at Wood Motorcycles. I arrived unannounced in the middle of a 4500 km round trip from Sydney. My quite serious bike problems should have been fixed by “the big boys” in Sydney. Instead the service team and especially, young James, resolved my issue within about ten minutes. They were knowledgeable, engaging and incredibly generous with their friendly attitude towards an out-of-Towner. I’m so grateful. Thank you Wood MC and thank you Warrnambool.
