Dommage que ce soit le seul représentant au Québec. Pas de répondeur. La "secrétaire" demande chaque fois de rappeler 15min plus tard, car le responsable est déjà en ligne, au lieu de prendre en note mon nom et numéro de téléphone et partager l'information à qui de droit. Le service en déplacement nécessite quelques semaines d'attente, car peu de techniciens disponibles.
