Worst garage I’ve ever used. Used this garage as one off because I wasn’t well and my regular garage is a long drive away. Won’t ever do that again. Trim replaced without putting the screws back in, claimed and charged for things they obviously didn’t do, for example, charging for windscreen wash when it’s been topped up with water, claiming they used dye to look for a leak they couldn’t find, my regular garage have now found and there’s no sign any dye was ever anywhere near it. Soo disappointed with this garage. Was recommended and told they were fast and very good. My experience however was very different. Firstly I booked the car in when they said they could do it for an issue with my Ad blue system. I brought the car in, explained I really needed the car back asap etc and was told they would see what they could do. Excellent customer service with friendly helpful staff
Had an MOT here, all was fine until pick up of my car, mechanic in charge of the place tried to give me some bull about my oil level being low and said he had topped it up for mor money, not informed before doing any unorthorised work. I maintain my car a lot and levels were perfect, trust me I checked prior. Checking oil not legal requirement at MOT. I know at least 1 other family member who this has happened to. Also tried to flog some tyres they obviously get cheap. I will not use this garage again.
I recently had a terrible experience with Woodlane Garage. When my partner's tyre went flat on a Thursday, we decided to take it to this garage despite hearing negative reviews due to its proximity and availability. I thought a simple tyre change would be simple enough to trust them with but our experience was even worse than we anticipated.
