Convenient & friendly pharmacy I live in Old Bridge but was going to another pharmacy. The staff there are rude and slow. I have to call for prescriptions days in advance and they are always out of stock. My friend told me about Woodlane and I transfered all my prescriptions there. I was amazed at the way the staff is so attentive, fast, and curteous. It also helps since they do delivery. Wood Lane Family Pharmacy DELIVERY SERVICE is...pissing me off!! I just called them an hour or so ago, and asked them to deliver robitussin cough gels and some sudafed, and I got a 100 pack of Advil liqui-gels, and a bottle of robitussin cough and congestion (syrup). When I noticed this, it was too late to tell the delivery man, so I called them back. They told me that nobody can come back here until tomorrow to do the exchange, and wanted me to go drive there. Wood Lane Family Pharmacy Inc is fast and friendly I used this pharmacy a few times and found very fast and friendly, but just a little info for general public as I work in a retail pharmacy - the retail prices quoted by any pharmacy anywhere in the US have no bearing on what your insurance company will pay the pharmacy for the same drug. convenient location, Fast and Great customer service I just moved to this area and took my prescriptions to woodlane pharmacy. Its a great pharmacy with amazing people who are very organized and friendly. Their free delivery service is also a plus for me. They are the group of great Indian people I have met in my life (unlike james t.'s review below). good neighborhood pharmacy this pharmacy changed owners a few years ago and ive been disappointed in it since then. the new pharmacists were indifferent to my concerns about medicines interacting, i didn't feel he was very knowledable. however they do deliver which was a plus - but not enough of a plus to keep me from moving my prescriptions to CVS.
over priced!!!!!!!extremely rude!!!!! the prices they quote for generic drug are insane!!!.like the last post said they are higher than chain drug stores but that is a serious understatement.the prices are around 4 times as much!!!!i pay cash and have no insurance so obviously this bothered me,but just a warning for those who do have insurance and could care less what they charge the insurance company,its this blatant overcharging of insurance companies that makes our insurance cost so much or makes our empoyers pay so much.... read more
Good little pharmacy in a good location Our pediatrician recommended this pharmacy when we needed our first prescription filled. The doctor had ordered a special "concoction" for diaper rash that this pharmacy filled frequently for his patients. We were new to the area, so we figured we'd give them a try. They filled our prescription while we waited, and accepted our insurance plan. I have no complaints!
Wood Lane Family Pharmacy Local drug store with "mom and pop" feel. Employees know you by name. Pharmacists are efficient and knowledgable. They will take the time to speak to you personally and answer questions. This drug store offers a service that few others offer --they will deliver tright to your door. Prices are a little higher than chain drug stores. They also sell a full line of collectible items. Store is clean. Small parking lot.
