Wood Lake was the facility my family trusted to take care of our mother on two occasions. The staff was caring, kind and very respectful with our mother. To us the staff felt like part of the family. When anyone in our family had any questions or concerns, they were there to take care of our needs right away. I feel that Wood Lake handled themselves very professionally. I am so thankful to Wood Lake Health and Rehabilitation Center for taking such good care of my mom
I have made several attempts to contact someone at your facility in Greenacres, Florida. I have my friend, Janita Gray being house in your facility and all I'm getting are reports of how she is being mistreated, given the wrong medicationss, and being threatened in general. and the staff particularly your night staff were not the most professional..
