The experience purchasing the playground set last fall was great. The issue has been with problems we experienced with the set (from King Swings) shortly after installation. These problems have been documented numerous times with pictures and email. No one from Wood Kingdom was able to resolve and the manufacturer has given us the run around for months. After numerous times following up, we give up. The warranty seems to mean nothing. Very disappointed.
RecommendedWe’re so happy with the fence and the shed that we got from Wood Kingdom West - the prices were great, the sales staff was so knowledgeable and pleasant and the quality was excellent. Everything was installed on time and the installers were very professional. We recommend this business to anyone who wants to make their home beautiful.

We recently had our Solar Panels installed through Wood Kingdom West. Bryan, the owner and sales rep, was extremely knowledgeable in the subject which we knew little to nothing about. We felt educated and confident in our decision when we signed our contract thanks to his detailed explanation of the process.
