Was excited that they had an virtual teller especially when they close at 430 everyday and not open on Saturdays. I cashed a check and was shorted $500. The virtual teller did notice and asked me about it. However the solution was they were about to close and it will be Tuesday before they will het back to me. I went into the bank and introduced myself. I was not given a POC nor did the teller greet or introduce herself, I was told they are closing and will check the atm when they close.
