Building a home with Pulte is not worth the headaches. We are in a different Pulte neighborhood, just warning others what to expect. We closed last December '21 with a promise of items not finished to be finished within 30 days. We are now almost 10 months out and still not finished. I would recommend finding a different builder. Horrible experience! Terrible investment. Unprofessional, non responsive, disrespectful of personal an work life time for repairs.
