Owner of Wood Guys was a class act. He responded to a challenge we had and made it right. During the process, communication was very good. Installers did a fantastic job; worked hard and methodical to complete the project. There were many tough angles that were no problem for these installers. I would definitely recommend Wood Guys to others.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I am appalled at my experience with this company. I contacted them over a month ago to get an estimate, but had to chase them around just to get someone to call me. Once I finally got someone to call me, I got the estimate done. The owner, David, came out to the house and did the estimate. He said it would be a day or 2 when I would get the quote via email. Wood Guys was just the company we needed to provide the perfect product and professional service necessary for our remodel. Every element of our relationship with them was just as they explained it and we were thrilled with the outcome. There’s no doubt who we will call when we need flooring in the future....Wood Guys of course.
Hired these guys to refurbish existing wood floors and replace carpet with matching wood floor. Tough job but they made it happen. Floors turned out awesome! Definately recommend.
Terrible company tore up everything and still expected to get paid The floors were better before they worked on them!!
