During one of the hardest times of my life, it helped so much having Jordan at Wood Funeral Home to help guide me through it. From day one, he stayed so involved with every step to help make my mom’s service special. I can’t thank him and the rest of the staff enough for being so kind to me.

I am updating my original review after meeting with Brian Wood. He came to my parents’ home to apologize and discuss what happened at my grandmother’s service. He was compassionate, empathetic, accountable, and understanding. He acknowledged that what happened should never have occurred and agreed that his staff did not handle the situation appropriately. During one of the most difficult times in our lives losing our father, Wood Funeral Home provided a level of care and comfort we will never forget. Jordan, our funeral director, was incredible to work with. He was deeply sincere, exceptionally patient, and truly took the time to listen to every member of our family. Had the opportunity to work with Wood Funeral Home in Ammon, walked in my first time ever with nothing to know what it takes to make a service for my dad. Worked with a kind gentleman name Jordan Ball amazing at what he does along with the rest of the staff in a hard time like this they made the process a lot easier then i could imagine.
