Anyone, everyone, but more importantly LADIES, this is the place to go for your vehicle maintenance needs! Sean is the store manager and Richard is the assistant manager and they take pride in making sure that no one is getting taken advantage of just because! I thought the service was outstanding with Mr. tire. I got my oil and tire rotated. It took way shorter than estimated and the manager at the counter showed outstanding customer service.
I came in without an appointment - Sean got me in right away and took excellent care of me and my car. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a detailed explanation of everything my car needed. I definitely will bring my car back for service here.
I am from Alabama and had a tire blow out in the Alpharetta Georgia area. By happenstance on looking for someone to replace two tires and two wheels on my Genesis G80 with particular Continental tires I located the Mr tire location in Alpharetta. What a great bunch of guys! I am involved in a lengthy trial, away from home and my usual dealership. They took care of me like I was one of their own. They were friendly, personable and took care of business at a reasonable price. WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK?!
