I haven’t talk to Mr Frank Wood but it was a big disappointment to his secretary. She is very rude and disrespectful so I decided not to go back to their office. I could’ve said something back to her secretary but I calmly kept my composure and walk out the door. Every potential client should be treated with respect and dignity regardless of situation. Im still giving 4/5 to Mr Frank Wood.
