Excellent from start to finish. Carlos was a blessing to my project. -He was friendly, prompt and on time with reminders of any kind when it came to coming to my home and providing me with an estimate. Other companies and contractors flaked or tried to provide me with general estimates via texts. Not Carlos. -His estimate was clearly outlined and there was no pressure to do things a certain way. Carlos promptly scheduled a site visit and estimate. Eddie and Ruby were our installers at our condo. They removed carpet, padding, and tack strips then installed GenieMat soundproofing underlayment. The bamboo plank flooring was installed, and finished with quarter round trim and transition strips. They did a great job and hauled the old carpeting away and cleaned up the debris. Even my next door condo neighbor said how nice they were!

Carlos and his team did an outstanding job on our LVP flooring and baseboards! A team came in and removed all of our carpeting and baseboards in the entire house. The flooring installers were very professional and meticulous and would stop and ask preference questions as they went along. Carlos purchased the baseboards for the entire house and painted them our requested color. His team installed those exceptionally -- I was very impressed. I'm a property manager and I needed some flooring installed at one of my rentals. I was given a bid from another company and wasn't very satisfied. Carlos was referred to me, called him that afternoon, he came out and had a bid ready for me that same night. The flooring was installed in a matter of days!
