Carlos and his team did an outstanding job on our LVP flooring and baseboards! A team came in and removed all of our carpeting and baseboards in the entire house. The flooring installers were very professional and meticulous and would stop and ask preference questions as they went along. I would highly recommend this company for installing wood floors. I was on a tight deadline and they were able to work with me and get the job done professionally and quickly.
I'm a property manager and I needed some flooring installed at one of my rentals. I was given a bid from another company and wasn't very satisfied. Carlos was referred to me, called him that afternoon, he came out and had a bid ready for me that same night. The flooring was installed in a matter of days! Carlos Rios Crew did a wonderful job with our floors. We had been treated horribly by Home Depot, we will not be using them again. But Wood Floor Installers came in, gave a great quote and his floor installers were here the very next day. Would definitely recommend them.
Carlos and his team were very professional, on time, and very responsive with communication. An estimated quote was given before the entire job and we had the majority of the rooms inside our house installed with SPC vinyl as well as all baseboards in the home refinished.
