Wonderful experience starting with the front desk and how communicative and helpful they are. I was nervous as I had not had the best experience at another dentist, but Robin was amazing. She was kind, gentle, and knowledgeable and explained everything that she was doing, along with answering every question I had. She checked on me throughout the whole cleaning to make sure I was doing well and comfortable. Dr. Wood was extremely kind and personable. Not too many things I hate more then going to the dentist. But Dr. Wood and his staff are amazing and now my phobia is no longer. Every time I need something done it is minor compared to my minds 5 alarm fire it is preparing for. The best Dr./patient experience I have ever had on every occasion!!!!
I would not have imagined writing this four hours after I had to have a tooth extraction. I met with Dr Wood months ago for a consultation after my dentist of thirty years retired. Our family loved our Dentist and his staff so Dr Wood has big shoes to fill! Dr. Wood assured me then that I didn't have to make an immediate decision about the tooth and other issues.
