Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The ramen was delicious, packed with flavor, and incredibly satisfying. Everything tasted fresh, and you can tell they put a lot of care into their food. What really made our experience exceptional was Eric! He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Great happy hour! I stopped in for the late night happy hour on a Friday night and was able to get a table right away. The service was quick and attentive. I ordered the katso chicken sandwich and a wasabi Caesar. Both were amazing and priced very reasonably. The cocktail menu looked interesting although I did not partake in it. Be aware that half of the dining area and the bar are down a flight of stairs in case there is anyone in your party who has walking issues.

The place is packed. A private even down stairs and fully seated upstairs. Waiters are super busy and tried their best to get us the seat. We have tried the ramen and the sandos. Because we are coming for the ramen, that's a big disappointment. From the Asian originated store name, we were expecting more Asian ramens. But the ramen there were Texas brisket throw into a ramen bowl and bacon throw into one. They were way too salty and no where near a normal ramen. The Katsu sandos are actually better.
Waiter knocked my 3year old down while running to the table. Just said you ok bud? No apology, no checking on him afterwards while my son was crying! Waiters seemed busy and over their head but it’s not an excuse for such things. No manager in site either.
