We wanted to give Duane 5 Stars...... Our initial experiences were awesome! Duane was punctual, attentive, and thorough. Things began to turn when our plaster was completed as it was damaged by the installers who used a different brand of acid wash due to supply chain shortages. We'd agreed to wait for replacement until our SAWS sewer bill was calculated, but we'd paid him in full. While the plaster was ultimately replaced, it was still flawed.
