Josh and his son never return calls nor do they pay their bills. Been trying to get him to pay his bills for 6 months and now he won't even answer or return calls.
Recently (on a Saturday morning because problems never surface Monday-Friday) we had an irrigation line that would not shut down. We are part of an HOA that has a complex irrigation system. Josh responded to our SOS promptly and resolved the issue. Thank you, Josh, for willingly taking the time to assess the issue and fix the problem!
Josh and his teams performed a major backyard pool project for us. Our initial assessment and budget was good but then when a water drainage issue almost derailed the entire project, Josh and his team were able to to make recommendations to change the plan in a way that allowed for correction of the drainage issue without adding additional costs.
