I first used my vets pharmacy.After I paid $30 for 2 day delivery and didn't receive until after a week I said never again! Luckily I found Wood Dale Pet Pharmacy and I couldn't be happier! The staff is very friendly and go above and beyond. They really care for our pets!. Plus their delivery charges go from 0 to $10 depending on if you want it in 2 days or 3-5 days. Occasionally they even give a small toy for my cat. Try this place! You won't be disappointed.
This pharmacy has a wonderful team! My senior bunny (12-13 years old) has been receiving 3 medications for life to treat his heart disease. Recently, I mixed up syringes and medication bottles and the pharmacy team immediately processed new medication for him. When I picked it up, I found out that no prescription renewals were remaining. They pushed my exotics vet for an expedited renewal. I was able to pick it up the same day. Wingnut and I appreciate your team very much!
They have very nice and professional team members. I set up auto ship and it’s always prompt and easy to manage. Plus they throw in little surprises for my kitty.
I cannot say enough good things about Wooddale! I am an RVT and I need to call in prescriptions for our canine and feline patients often and the entire staff is always so pleasant and easy to work with. Dr. Zee helps discuss the best compounding options and cost for clients. I have worked with several compounding pharmacies during my time in the industry and they are by far the best from a clinic stand point. Our owners also have nothing but great things to say about customer service for them as well!
Wood Dale Pharmacy has excellent customer service, supports local business, and are quick to compound medications. I waited well over a week for my rabbit's heart med from an online pharmacy, only to find out they still had not shipped my med out with only a few doses left. My rabbit was running dangerously low, but thankfully Wood Dale was able to quickly compound his medicatio so that he didn't have to suffer. Thank you for coming in the clutch and keeping my rabbit healthy and happy!
