I am a strong believer that gyms don't need to be big to assist one in getting fit. This place is a great example of that. It's clean, staff is friendly, and the indoor track and basketball courts are nice. If you're starting on your fitness journey or need a place to jog when the weather is awful, this quaint spot is ideal!
I love this little gym! It's cheap, it's local to Wood Dale, it could use a few more machines but there's only so much space. I would absolutely love a twisting ab machine for obliques, but that's the only thing this place is missing for necessities. It's not too packed, and the overall sense of community you get from here is amazing. It is beyond welcoming to New comers, and everyone is always so nice. Don't ever feel pressure to ask someone to spot check you, or help you out. I'd recommend this gym to anyone.
