As a Wisconsin resident, I am ashamed of how our state is being represented to visitors at this facility. Their lack of training in, and understanding of how to deal with visitors is appalling. Their lack of accountability, and inability to communicate logically and civilly is a disgrace to our state. Unbelievable lack of professional behavior for a government employee. Feelings are not the law of the land.

My FSET worker is amazing here! They go above and beyond to help you and give you all the resources to help you when needed. I went to counceling there also. She is amazing and helped me through the hardest time in my life! I cant explain how amazing she is! I had a couple different psychiatrists here and they all were very nice and also went above and beyond to help me get through hard times and helped me understand so much more about my issues and how to cope with them.
