I took my daughter to the emergency room this afternoon around 2:00 PM. After reading reviews beforehand, we were hesitant about coming here, but due to the situation, we had no choice. Fortunately, our experience was the complete opposite of what we had read. The front desk staff was extremely kind, patient, and accommodating. 3 and half hours and no dr or anything to manage pain. All what had done is vital and xray still waiting on Dr to decide on pain medication. best excuse i got dr is too busy

This place used to suck but I think alot of older docs or nurses have retired or new blood coming in this place us much better than it used to be

Very patient with me even though I was being a whole a**. (an I do apologize) Everything was explained to me in terms I could understand, and the Doc, nurses and Xray people were incredible nice to me. Thanks for making me feel better guys :)
