I love the apartment, the building, the neighborhood. And whenever I've needed maintenance they fixed the problem quickly.
I have lived at The Wood Companies’ 939 North High building for 7 years, and I truly could not have asked for a better experience! They are the absolute best landlords you could ever hope for. The building and apartments are exceptionally well-maintained, featuring high-end finishes, top-quality appliances, and beautiful furnishings. I lived in Victorian Village with the Wood Companies for 2 years and really enjoyed my experience. The location was great, the staff was always very friendly and prompt to offer support- especially maintenance! My AC went out and they had a temporary window unit to my place within a few hours. I decided to move to the country due to the noise of being downtown, and health concerns related to air quality and chemical sensitivity but that would be an issue for me no matter which apartment I chose in the city. I had an awesome experience living at one of The Wood Companies apartment buildings for a year! (Hubbard Park Place) The management team was exceptional—responsive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. Special thanks to Kathie, who made the move-in process smooth and was a fantastic point of contact for any questions or maintenance needs.
My boyfriend and I lived in The Brunner Building for a year. I cannot recommend The Wood Companies enough. We’ve lived in multiple cities and have never seen a management company go so above and beyond for residents. Communication, issue resolution, and overall care for residents is top tier. We were so sad to leave our beautiful apartment!
