I just realized I never gave a proper review. I know it is past due since she retired last friday but I wanted to say that Dr.Carol wood was the best doctor I ever had and I appreciate all she did and has done for me and my health, the ladies who worked for her were all very sweet and helpful. The office was always clean and the times for waiting was never long and everything ran smoothly. She takes her time once she's in the exam room with you, but her clinic rarely runs on time. Twice now, I've had to leave without being seen (after waiting 45 minutes) because I couldn't wait any longer. None of her staff have ever bothered to update me as a courtesy and let me know she's running late. They just treat you as if you're at their mercy.
Highly recommended. I have been with Dr. Woods since I moved to Mansfield in 2015. She takes time with her patients and has helped in ways unimaginable with my fibromyalgia diagnosis. Her staff is amazing!
