Dr.Short and the amazing team at WBSAH is a blessing to all pet owners here in Fort McMurray, I highly recommend this clinic not only for the amazing care our fur babies get, but also the compassion, comfort, connection all the staff offer. They have taken care of our boy since he was 3 months old. He is now almost 15, and due to their care they have helped us keep our boy healthy and comfortable in his old age They are earth angels
I contemplated sharing my poor experience here but I feel as though I have to. Im sharing under a different name as well because I dont want this to impact future care I may require. Good doctors. Take good care of pets. Receptionists are terrible, ignorant, and act like they are vets themselves when they have no clue what they are talking about. Horrible with prescriptions also again due to receptionists screwing it up multiple times and losing information constantly. They have no regard for people's time or grief trying to get their pets help or medication. Again the actual doctors are great.
