Rude and condescending people work here for sure. Thank goodness I don't ever go there anymore. Your staff should take a course in " human " communication and proper etiquette. Maybe they have been working with animals so long they don't know how to interact with humans anymore.
Dr. Short and co. are amazing.
I can’t say enough good things about Wood Buffalo Animal Hospital. They did an amazing job helping my dog, Chester, with draining his aural hematoma. Chester has very high anxiety, and the staff were so patient, calm, and understanding with him throughout the whole visit. They took things slow, made sure he was as comfortable as possible, and never pushed him too hard or stressed him out more. You can really tell they care about both the animals and their owners.
