Majority of the time, it is usually a good experience.
All the staff at this vet have been incredibly helpful and supportive. Wait times are short, everyone is kind, it’s a very reassuring environment. Both the doctors I saw were very knowledgeable and thorough, checking off every box. I highly recommend this place, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Brought my cat Ezio in because he was over-grooming and had two very suspicious little bumps. Before the exam even really started, Ezio koala-bear hug me like his life depended on it. The staff were absolutely fantastic—so sweet, so kind, and incredibly patient while they gently talked me down from full “worried cat parent” mode and handled his dramatic clinginess like pros. -10/10 experience. Basically scentenced my dog to death 5 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS by giving him meds that would prevent him from walking WHEN HE ALREADY HAD ISSUES WITH WALKING. Judging from the 5 star reviews and my own expierience, it seems that the only thing this vet is good at is euthanizing dogs.
