Super unfortunate and costly experience here. My cat was diagnosed with diabetes via an Edmonton vet. I moved here and tried to go forward with her treatment with this clinic. They did some testing to confirm her diabetes, and decided to prescribe her Senvelgo. When you read about Senvelgo, it is very important that the pancreas is tested often to ensure no issues are pop up, as this drug could worsen or cause pancreatitis. Good doctors. Take good care of pets. Receptionists are terrible, ignorant, and act like they are vets themselves when they have no clue what they are talking about. Horrible with prescriptions also again due to receptionists screwing it up multiple times and losing information constantly. They have no regard for people's time or grief trying to get their pets help or medication. Again doctors are great.
