Set expectations that he did not meet. Kept my car over 4-5 months! Excuses after excuses. Was told my car was fixed and ready. Car quit on me the same day I got it from him! bought another battery cuz he said it was the battery . It was not the battery. Took my car to another mechanic and Wood basically did nothing he told me! Waste of money and time! Paid over 1300! Everything was a mess!! Gets very rude and confrontational when confronted. Unprofessional and dishonest! Don’t waste your money.
Highly recommend. Very professional and fast. Fixed in about 8 hours Replaced starter, air compressor, and some belt. Really cool humble people. Best price compared to other local shops.
Very Disappointed, Very Disappointed. I prefer u 2 tell me u couldn't fix it. Cause that's wht Happened it didn't get fix. I was let down so hard, I'm not even from Mississippi. How u out here begging people 2 come help you. Just tell a person the truth, I could've saved alot of money and just got it towed home 2 Michigan. I was trying 2 get home b4 my Mom's died. But I couldn't cause u didn't know how 2 fix a Promaster power steering pump.
