Dave came over and spent quite a bit of time discussing a corner of our yard that needed fencing for privacy and aesthetics. He and his team built a lovely fence, added a trellis top, built a short retaining wall, added rock, gravel and soil so that the corner would drain well and could be planted. He and his team were very respectful and hard working. I'd have appreciated better communication about arrival time and logistics, but I'm very pleased with the result.
David does excellent high quality fence work. He is very responsive, professional, and his prices are reasonable. I will be calling him any time I need help with fencing.
Recent windstorm blew down part of my old fence. Called Dave at Wood Art Construction to remove the old fence and put up a new one. Dave did a fantastic job understanding what I wanted, and his pricing was fair for the request. He and his crew built a beautiful, simple, and modern wood fence design that works well with the aesthetics of my house while being functional, working with the slight slope of my yard, and keeping my small dog from wandering into the neighbor’s yard. You might think a contractor installing a path of just seven concrete pavers perpendicular to a gate would install it square, in a straight line, and level. You might also think he would pile the excavated soil in one place, rather than toss it willy-nilly in established flowerbeds. If you think either of those things, don't hire Dave.
I had Dave pour a new concrete walkway from my driveway to my front door. His workers did a fair job cleaning up after the job was done, but could've been better. Price was fair. Dave even came out late at night in an emergency when the wet concrete was stepped on my neighbors dog that was on the loose. He fixed it all up!
