my alternator was making noise on my 2005 camry. i work for a new car dealership and tested the alternator which was charging fine but had a bearing noise. called woods and ask a price to change bearings in the alternator was quoted 40. 00. i had my girlfriend drive 45 mins to get the job done. when she got there the told her the alternator was not good and needed to be completely rebuilt for 125.00. i know the alternator was not bad and did not need rebuilt. i believe they are not honest and did a bait and switch.
