We absolutely love Dr. Sohn—no complaints about his care. But seriously, what’s going on with the billing department? Am I missing something here? I’m exhausted from repeatedly having this conversation with them. My insurance fully covers prenatal visits, yet every single one gets submitted as an “office visit,” so I always end up with a bill. And with so many online complaints about billing errors, it’s shocking nobody’s fixed this. Do we really have to leave a doctor we adore because the billing team can’t get it together?
Very friendly staff greets you. Dr. Sohn is very thorough with exams. Makes sure everything is tested. Explains on layman’s terms.
Dr Sohn was very attentive and knowledgeable concerning my condition. He was honest and had options he felt from a medical perspective would benefit me.
