If it isn't made of orange fluorescent plastic and made since 2015, these guys have no idea about it. A lack of basic knowledge, expertise, lateral thinking (and ability to serve people in the store in a reasonable time) is evident. It's a retail store for brands with names like 'destroyer' and 'tornado' - do you get the picture?
