I was deeply disappointed by the lack of care and empathy I received at this clinic. Despite presenting with a rapidly growing tumour on my fingertip, I was denied a referral to a specialist and received treatment that worsened my condition. The doctor was dismissive and condescending during both visits, showing little concern for my pain. Ultimately, I sought private care elsewhere, where I received prompt and appropriate treatment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this practitioner.
This practice gave me white coat syndrome after one of its GPS repeatedly (like a dozen times) gave me a painful test for blood pressure in one consultation. I rang to book an appointment for a straightforward assessment for physio today; I was "informed" that I would have to have a double appointment because of the length of time since I had last been to the clinic.
