I recently had my car serviced here, and there was nothing in the report regarding the condition of my tyres. I had to take my car to another auto service centre to have this checked. The service was very poor, especially considering how expensive it was. I expected a thorough inspection and better communication. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience, and I would not recommend this service.
Had a problem with my Touareg not long after having it serviced on my way to Wonthaggi. Drove to Wonthaggi Automotive and Jesse put it up on the hoist and reattached the plastic cover under the car for me at no cost. It’s so good to know that there are still good people in the world willing to lend a helping hand. My heartfelt thanks to you , Jesse. You really helped me out and relieved a lot of stress.
