Tom came through in a big way by providing his deep expertise and fast turnaround on a time sensitive project. He knows GM products very well and was a pleasure to work with. I'll be back!
If I could, I would give ZERO stars. Tom charged me to blow my motor. He is not taking responsibility and not giving me a refund. My engine builder and two other mechanics confirmed that he had to be the cause based on information given and internal damages. There are no other explanations. He then states everyone signs a release of liability for damages. Do you want someone who doesn’t take responsibility for causing harm to your build to touch your vehicle? There are 5 other dyno tuners in the area, find them.
I am very fortunate to have Tom Wong so close to me. Not only is he the best on the west coast but he’s arguably the best in the country when it comes to tuning the ls platform. I was referred by a trusted friend and got my truck tuned by him. I’ve driven it about 600 miles so far and am very pleased. Well worth the money. I will be going back after every engine upgrade I make. Ps my brother will be visiting you soon for a tune on his truck. Thanks Tom!
Purchased an c6 corvette that had been supercharged, upgraded, and needed to be retuned. Mr. Wong went above and boyond to help me figure things out so I can daily it around until the dyno day came. After I picked it up it would start without an issue and ran better than ever, whether it was 30F or 100F.
