Gym owner, Rob, was very kind, accommodating, and generous when I was traveling and in need of a place to train. I had everything I needed for a powerlifting training session. Rob treats you like family and is a great gym owner!
Great place! I was only in the area for two weeks but definitely had everything I needed! Invest in a mono life for your gym.
Coach Rob is very knowledgeable and welcoming. He works with a variety of people in all ages and genders. He can help regardless of your athletic abilities.
Great gym for focusing on lifting. All the plates, bars, benches, and platforms you need. They are still filling out the gym but they're off to a great start!
