Worst experience ever. Run away from these unpleasant people! Unprofessional and unreliable company with terrible customer service. I had a booking at 6:00 in the morning and I have been waiting through heavy rain to a wrong location without no one there for about 20 minutes. The boss wasn’t answering my calls. The ferry was already 50 minutes away. After many calls they told me to come to their new location so I had to walk 20 minutes under the rain leaving my parents at the first place because we took a taxi in Hervey Bay.... read more
We hired a 4WD with rooftop tent from Wongai for our recent holiday to Moreton Island. The car and rooftop tent were excellent and we were really impressed with the wonderful customer service from Aimee. We will use Wongai again for our next camping trip :-) Thanks!

A mixed experience with Wongai—resolved thanks to the Queensland OFT I wasn’t sure whether to leave a public review, but I believe it’s fair to share my experience with Wongai—both the negative and the positive aspects.
