I found the front desk in a constant state of chaos. I called in an urgent message to Dr. Wong, on a Thurs. I had an appointment on Monday, and he never received my message, they never gave it to him, so he said. There have been numerous occasions where this office has dropped the ball. Knew him over a 3 year period. I lodged a complaint w the licensing authority. Wong falsified my records. No acute hypertension. No acute depression. No lipodemia. No CKD. Subsequent Primary Care validated. No confidence in Wong.
Dr.Wong is very thorough. He ask many questions and cares about his patients.
Very capable. bright and responsive. Staff are most helpful. Excellrnt location and affiliations.
Always professionally friendly Dr Wong knows medical issues and usually can diagnose upon your visit. If he cannot he will always give you a referral.
