Dr, Wong has been my opthomologist for many years now. She has always given spot-on assessments of my vision, with consequent improvements.She also possesses excellent rapport during my many visits; I heartily recommend her.
Provides caring, conscientious and skilled care. She is well experienced in her field and is clinically methodical in her decisions.
In the last 10months, I have been treated by Dr. Susan Wong twice for difficult eye problems. Dr. Wong has given me excellent care before, during, and after both surgical procedures. The results have been great improvements in both eyes. She deserves high praise for the steady, conscientious, skillful and understanding care she has given me while she dealt with this problem. She has been particularly accommodating when I have had last minute scheduling conflicts.
I had a terrible experience with Dr. Wong who misdiagnosed my inflammation as scarring and left me with vision of 20/60 in my right eye. She rushed and had so little regard for my feelings telling me my vision was permanently damaged and she'd see me in 6 months. My intuition told me something about her was wrong and I decided to seek a second opinion at Mass Eye and Ear. They identified the inflammation and were able to treat me and get my vision back to 20/20. She shouldn't be practicing.
