Upon requesting an appointment schedule, I was unfortunately met with an unprofessional and unfriendly receptionist, Ms. Fong. Her constant yelling during our conversation was unacceptable. In contrast, Dr. Wong demonstrated exceptional professionalism and kindness. If the business were to prioritize its reputation, it would be prudent to consider replacing Ms. Fong, as her conduct is not conducive to maintaining a positive image.
明明五點鐘才關門，但三點零四點鐘已經唔聽電話， 留言又不會回覆的，這間診所在唐人街的時候都不錯的，自從搬到26街之後就越來越差了， 最近種離譜我小朋友去睇醫生開咳藥水，他們竟開了12歲以上的咳藥水給我的小朋友， 但我的小朋友只有十歲囉！多次打電話都沒人聽留了言亦沒有人覆我囉！ 這間診所已經由一間本來幾好嘅診所變成一個垃圾診所囉！
