Bedside manner is terrible. When asking questions after a procedure I was told by her that she had other patients. Very rude and didn't want anyone to ask her questions.
I appreciated time she took to make me feel at ease. Took the time to answer any questions ot concerns I had. She will be missed.
Nursing staff and front desk were amazing and helpful. Dr Wong howeve has the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced in all the years I have been receiving medical care for GASTRO procedures or any type of surgery. I was instructed to get an endoscopy for possible reflux and a bar in esophagus. Upon pre-op she came in and went over my barium swallow and essentially said there was no reason for me to be there and called in Prilosec. She was rude, confrontational and condescending. Dr Wong is an AMAZING physician with a great bedside manner. I've been with her for over 10 yrs. Her medical expertise, empathy and compassion is unmatched. I'm very surprised at these bad reviews...shocked even.
Dr Wong was excellent. She had a great bedside manner she put me at ease. She is highly effective communicator and clearly very well trained and an expert in the field. She especially was concerned and attuned with specific risk factors of patients with Asian background which I am and appreciate that she had specific recommendations about this. She is a skilled endoscopist. I would recommend her to all my family and friends.
