I called Dr. Wongs office Wednesday morning, with my teenager sick. I figured I would not be able to get her seen until the following day, but I was told to bring her in asap. We arrived and waited only moments until we were called back to be seen. Dr. Wong has a wonderful caring Male nurse who always makes my daughter feel very comfortable, this nurse I believe is probably the best Male nurse I have had the pleasure of meeting. These people are quacks! It is a wife and doctor combo no one else works there, and the wife is just flat out rude and doesnt listen and does a lot of assuming! I went in for a couple abscesses in my back teeth a couple weeks ago. I just found out my moms Insurance canceled bc I am 28 and the age is 26. I went to the ER in Denton this weekend and all they did was say you need to call your family doctor and he can get you the meds you need until you can afford the dentist! He misdiagnosed my daughter and myself when we had the exact same symptoms. My daughter wound up going to three doctors in one day and finally got someone to perform an actual test for the problem. My daughter is now better (she has insurance) and he wont even call in an Rx. I am so miserable! It was the first time and last time Ill be going there!
