She claimed insurance didn't approve fillings and I payed out of pocket. Started having issues with the teeth she worked on, most of them now need root canals or her fillings had to get fixed by another dentist. I have tried forgetting this experience but other dentists and I have needed my paperwork in her office but no one picks up the phone. I wanna think our in-person interaction wasn't bad but everything else otherwise has..
Staff provided very poor service. I was trying to make appointments and made me wait too long and hung on me, never called me back. When I called them again, she didn’t even say “sorry”. The staff has very poor communication skill and rude to patient. Dr. has to know the staff needs to improve her communication skill and how to treat patient respectfully.
Our first visit to a dentist here in the States was with Dr Naomi Wong. There were three dentists recommended but my son and I decided to come to Dr Wong and we were so happy we did for she was so accommodating, helpful and competent.We had a great first time experience.Thank you very much, doc.
Dr. Wong is one of the best dentists I've ever gone to. After my last dentist didn't even ask what was wrong and didn't actually check or clean my teeth, just polished them, i went looking for a new dentist. I was put off when I heard how long I would have to wait for an appointment with Dr. Wong. Dr. Wong was AMAZING with my daughter, she showed a lot of patience. I just got an extraction yesterday and I don't feel pain... the extraction went very well and PAINLESS. my wife also loved her experience with Dr. Wong. I already recommended her to my friends. THANK YOU Dr. Wong because of you our smiles are bigger and brighter.
