I've been taking my children to Dr.wong sense my son was 4yr. He is simply the most amazing and caring Doctor but good lord can someone help his receptionist! She has zero people skills at all very unprofessional and rude beyond belief
He was good at one point, but now is tactics are old school, every time I bring my children in, he just does the exact same thing. I keep bringing my daughter who has been complaining of head aches and he tells me that's normal. I requested more investigation and he said that wouldn't do anything. Not to mention his new secretary is really rude.
