I have been a patient of Wong Dental for many years now. Dr. Wong is great to work with and she demands perfection from her labs for crowns, partials, and the like. I LOVE that! Recently, I was in for a cleaning and met Maddie, the dental hygiene specialist. She was great, professional, and helpful. The whole crew -- from appointments to treatment to billing -- are all super!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was very thorough with my examination and explained my treatment to me so that I would not have a problem understanding what is to be done.
I was impressed with Dr Wong and her staff for showing me proficiency, professionalism, and warm welcome the first visit. Dr Wong listen very carefully to my questions and did a very thorough examination of my teeth. Also I really enjoyed talking with her billing representative. She showed me all the work I would need done on my teeth and how much my insurance would pay, then how much I would be required to pay. She also recommended a interest free credit card to help me make my payments.
The staff at Wong Dental are the best! Everyone is extremely professional and courteous. I recommend them highly!
