This dr is very rude. When you go see a dr you have reson. He doesn't talk nice with you. Most the time he spend was les then 10min and make so much mo ey alao rude.if you miss appointment he charge 300 dollars i never heard that.

I've seen Dr. Wong for years now. He's good and takes care of his patients. I had a case which took more than a year for a CT scan, and last talked to Dr. Wong about my results half a year ago. I called back today for a follow up cause my condition had changed but his receptionist was super rude and said my last referral was 2023 so it doesn't matter that my CT scan took a year to be done, and that Dr. Wong and I last spoke less than half a year ago, I will need another referral letter and there are 300+ patients in queue. Dr Wong is a good and compassionate doctor. But the same cannot be said of the receptionist. Sometime in early 2024 I called and begged her to ask Dr Wong to check on a biopsy result which was outstanding from VGH. She sternly told me it was n.o.n.e. o.f. h.e.r. b.u.s.i.n.e.s.s. To this date I remember very clearly. Yes, this problem is endemic in BC. If u need serious care (esp related to cancer diagnosis), they don't give a rat's ass if you are desperate to know.

The receptionist's attitude is very bad and uncomfortable. He is very impatient.

I had seen him once about 5 years ago concerning my vertigo. He was okay but front office staff not very kind. Last year I had another oppointment but forgot to go. The rude receptionist said it was a $150.00 fine and has to be paid before any other oppointment. I was told before hand but also was told it would have to be 5 days prior for me to cancel. I now had a referral to seem him this week. But was told by a rude receptionist to pay $150.00 first. This is insane!
