The front desk receptionist handled my appointment efficiently and patiently answered all my questions. Dr. Wong was also very patient in helping me identify the cause of my condition and referred me to the appropriate specialists for further follow-up. Truly appreciated.
Very rude receptionist
Wow!! dont even know them and this so call "Mable" i believe is the receptionist is being super rude right off the bat. Got disconnected 2 times and the third time she call back i can clearly hear her saying " you're the worst..." she stop finishing the sentence and hang up. Man this place needs to reeducate their staff or find someone better. Better go somewhere else than this place or it'll ruined you day one day.
This dr is very rude. When you go see a dr you have reson. He doesn't talk nice with you. Most the time he spend was les then 10min and make so much mo ey alao rude.if you miss appointment he charge 300 dollars i never heard that.
I've seen Dr. Wong for years now. He's good and takes care of his patients. I had a case which took more than a year for a CT scan, and last talked to Dr. Wong about my results half a year ago. I called back today for a follow up cause my condition had changed but his receptionist was super rude and said my last referral was 2023 so it doesn't matter that my CT scan took a year to be done, and that Dr. Wong and I last spoke less than half a year ago, I will need another referral letter and there are 300+ patients in queue.
