10分不專業，身為耳鼻喉專科，居然要再轉介其他耳鼻喉醫生，並表示很難搞，但並沒告知什麼難搞，已向其指出病發位置，仍然表示看不到。最後居然告知我病發位置可能是鼻軟骨，真的十分可笑。我告知他病發位置是左邊鼻孔，但他卻檢查我右边鼻孔，我只是重複一次給他知道是左邊，他便10分不耐煩回覆說，我檢查一下右邊是不是不可以。他認為自己高高在上，我只是好心提點一下，否則到最後又說我講得不清楚，檢查錯誤位置。他表現十分急躁，沒耐心看症，並沒診斷出是什麼病症及醫治方法，最後只表示轉介另一耳鼻喉專科，看看有什麼可以做到。這樣什麼也做不到，也照樣有診金，真的十分好做。
People are unfair, giving Dr. Wong a one star review because of their experience with the receptionist. Which by the way, I don't see any issue. Maybe previous receptionist? They should rate him as a doctor himself. Which I give a 5 star. My daughter had a very bad ear infection. Dr. Wong clearly explained the approach he was going to do, the options we must try. In the end, my daughter's ear has been cleared and now almost back to normal.
Was disappointed At How Quickly The Appointment went Didn't make Any Suggestions Or Comments Or Ask Any Questions .I Felt Like I was Talking to a robot
Very little reassurance from this doctor about an ear infection lasting multiple months. Said everything looked "perfectly fine/normal" and did not have an answer for why lymph nodes were swollen or pain/pressure in the sinuses. Simply sent us off to another ENT and did nothing.
Brought my son there due to continuous ear infections and he basically said that I should just take my son out of daycare because the sickness from daycare causes ear infections... He is obviously not a childrens ENT and should probably stop accepting these referrals.
