Worst doctor and worst receptionist. Doctor doesn’t remember why you are coming back after doing blood work. Doesn’t remember you need iron pills. Is not updated with new medications. Receptionist thought my prescription for iron pills is a prescription for eye. She told me to book an appointment. I told her I have evidence it is a prescription for iron pill. I told my doctor that my health insurance only covers Accufer and asked her to prescribe to me. Since she did not know about the iron pill, she was going to look it up.... read more

She's been my family doctor for almost two decades. Dr.Wong is a nice, kind, and very patient doctor. I'm surprised there are so many negative reviews. Of course, her clinic is always busy. And you can't blame her profession for her receptionist's behavior.... I'm happy to be her patient.
I hope Doctor Wong knows how unprofessional and rude their receptionist is. She just talks hers n hang up directly without hearing a word from the caller. How nice！！
