I am totally not happy with the service. I have used all the aligner but still the main gap is not filed. I have emailed them but no reply. Tried to call, cannot reach. Maybe they are permanently closed. Please let me know, how can I reach them. Thousands of dollars went on vain

Just as the other customers have said, you haven't responded back to emails or calls. My sister has paid lots of money for her retainers and has been waiting for months with no answer. This is unbelievable and you will be reported for scamming.
I went to dental99 in Clayton to get the wondersmile aligners guess what neither they are refunding the money nor the wondersmile is refunding. I tried calling the wondersmile number too but that is out of service as well. THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE. Please don’t get your clear braces from them. They are frauds
Shocking service. We were never sent our retainers and paid thousands after 12 months of service. I am now going to lodge a VCAT dispute and will request a refund considering the service and the disappointing outcome. My teeth have moved and I'm back 4 months. They are not responding and playing games. They don't respond to emails in a timely fashion. Beware.
