Had to file a fraud complaint against these people. They billed my credit card for service that I did not buy. The maddening part is thay provide no support for billing or accounts. Their so-called "support" is a vicious circle that gets you to a dead end. (On purpose I'm sure) If you take the time and care about dealing with a reputable company, just do a Google search for Wondershare. You will find hundreds of complaint stories. They should called Wonderscrew.

This is the worst company I've ever… This is the worst company I've ever used. They are a scam. Their products do not work. Do not waste your time. They will steal your money and then when you demand a refund.After a bunch of red tape, they'll say they'll give you one.And they don't and say it takes fifteen days to get it back.There are big jam order.They should take this website down because it does not work.I don't know how all the heavy good reviews
