Dodgy software seller. Terrible product and the 7-day guarantee is a hoax! Customer service, mostly to stonewall you until you give up asking for refund. And most of them are bots. No one should trust them
I have to say, I truly detest wondershare/ filmora. It is my most disliked company. First, I signed up to an expensive 'lifetime' subscription, and one week later the company changed its policy so that no features worked unless you paid feature by feature to actually use the video editing software I just paid for. This is the worst company I have ever encountered! I purchased a filmora annual premium and paid via Google. Changed my mind within an hour and requested a full refund both from Google and Wondershare. I was referred by Google to Wondershare and as I was communicating with Wondershare's USELESS customer service by the name of Xenia Li, no refund was done. Hidden cost No refund!
I purchased a Lifetime License for Wondershare MobileTrans Phone to PC to Backup my old android phone (excluding Settings and Apps) and Restore them to my new android phone. My old files (contacts, sms, photos, calendar, etc) appeared to be restored to my new phone. Total process was fast and easy. However, my problem is my photos, albums, camera and videos, etc on my new phone were in complete disarray.
