The worst customer support! I purchased the mobile trans license for an year on Nov 19,2025 and the software stopped working on Jan 2026 and was asking to purchase the license again. I reached out to Wondershare customer support and its been 2 months that i'm liaising with them. I have never met such an unprofessional team of customer support. Don't believe the "Free Trial" ...it's a trick! Disappointed with this data recovery software from China. First, the "Free Trial" they promise is misleading and totally unacceptable. I downloaded the software, installed it and then began the recovery search. This took a couple of days, which is extremely slow compared to other software currently on the market that will recover and download your files free. Said they could fix my issue... but they couldn't... but they can charge my credit card. They take no responsibility for if their product fails to deliver. Their refund policy extends to when you download it. But you have to download it to know it doesn't work. I have no issue paying for something that does what it was advertised to do. Dodgy software seller. Terrible product and the 7-day guarantee is a hoax! Customer service, mostly to stonewall you until you give up asking for refund. And most of them are bots. No one should trust them
