Bought and tried the F-One unlock lockscreen software. Didnt work with my model b/c screen broken. Contacted support. They refused to help, billed me anyways and even extended my subscription despite me notifying them that the software wouldnt work for me. Absolute disgrace, this company.
I bought a perpetual license for Wondershare PDFelement because I believed in supporting an alternative to Adobe. I thought Wondershare was building useful tools for real users, not just another cash-grabbing sales machine. I was wrong.
