I have been enjoying Wonderoast seasoning for a few years now. I first encountered it at Lloyd’s grocery store in Lewes Delaware on the rotisserie chickens. It has always been delicious and a staple of every visit. I have started to use the seasoning on all types of proteins and grilled vegetables. I even took a pound of it to my family in Greece to try out. I added it to some grilled zucchini and peppers and it was well received. Overall it is a great seasoning. Just be aware that it is salty.
Our old hometown grocer used to have the BEST rotisserie chickens, many years ago. Due to age he retired, leaving a void in our town. 20 plus years later, I finally found out the seasoning he used! It’s great on a whole chicken cooked with a pellet grill at 350-375 deg. F until it reaches the proper temp. It doesn’t beat the old rotisserie oven, but it’s damn close!
Discovered Wonderoast through my local grocery store chain, Fareway, that sells rotisserie chickens. We raise our own free range meat chickens and cook them on a used Ronco Showtime Rotisserie I picked up at a thrift store. Found Wonderoast spice online and it’s all I’ve been using for a couple years now. It really takes the flavor to a different level. Would highly recommend giving it a try.
Use this seasoning on your turkey for Thanksgiving. Thank me later.
Fantastic customer service and seasoning! They went above and beyond to get us our seasoning and it didn’t disappoint once it got here. We will be purchasing again!
